Move Without Pain. Feel Like Yourself Again.

Movement-based rehabilitation, pain relief, and return-to-activity care in Montreal.

Pain or stiffness can slowly change how you move — and how confident you feel in your body. I help active adults, athletes, and people who want to move better understand what’s going on, address what’s limiting them, and rebuild strength and movement so it fits back into training, sport, and daily life — not around pain.

Book an Initial Evaluation
You don’t need to be active to start — we meet you where you’re at.

Start With an Initial Evaluation

The Initial Evaluation is a 60–75 minute session designed to understand how you move and what’s contributing to pain, stiffness, or performance limitations. We look at the full picture — movement patterns, strength, mobility, and how your body is handling the demands of training, work, sport, or everyday life. You’ll get clear answers about what’s going on and why certain issues may be lingering or recurring. From there, we build a plan that actually fits your body, goals, and lifestyle — whether that means pain relief, rebuilding capacity, or progressing toward performance.

What happens after?

After the evaluation, we review the findings together and decide on the right next step. Some people need focused rehabilitation first, while others are ready to build strength, confidence, and resilience. There’s no pressure to commit — the plan is shaped around what makes sense for you.

Between Sessions

You’re not left on your own trying to figure things out. If questions come up or something doesn’t feel right, I’m available to help guide you so you can stay confident in what you’re doing and keep progressing — whether you’re rehabbing, training, or simply moving through daily life.

How the Process Works

I start by looking at how you move and what doesn’t feel right. We get you moving right away and build an understanding of how your body responds to load, movement, and everyday demands. From there, we work together over time — adjusting your plan as your body adapts and your goals evolve — so progress carries over into how you move day to day, not just in the clinic.

  • Movement-Based Rehab & Pain Relief
I work with people dealing with pain, injury, and movement limitations by focusing on how the body moves as a whole — not just where it hurts.
